Simple Radial Blur for Unity enables you to easy and dynamically create a zoom motion blur effect in your scene. You can trigger the effect from code, and you can set it to originate from any screen position. You can also customize the sample count, which gives varying visual results as well as performance costs.

I put together this brief tutorial walking through the setup process for this game asset for Unity. Setting this asset up is easy: You need to import the asset into your project, then open your Universal Renderer Data asset, and then add the Radial Blur renderer feature to that asset.

OVERVIEW
Simple Radial Blur is a Renderer Feature and API that enables you to easily use Radial (Zoom) Blur in your Unity URP project. You can customize the Intensity of the effect, the Sample Count, and the Center (Origin) point.
