This is a play-through using the 2nd unused character in the arcade version of Virtua Fighter 1. Read on below for more information...

This is the 2nd unused character. He is obviously unplayable.

As well as all of the 'template Virtua Fighter character' basic moves, his movelist seems to be the same as Dural's. However, I'm not sure if it's an identical movelist (it probably is).

Because he has Dural's moves and has her name in-fight, it's likely that this guy was originally designed to be the game's boss character. He even looks the part as well, as he is distinctly slightly larger than the other male characters, not to mention having an 'evil' expression on his face. Here's the rest of the information on him:

---- He appears to be the same character as the 1st Unused character, except this time he has a different costume. The costume looks to be a Chinese kung-fu outfit. It's most likely intended to be the alternative costume for the 1st Unused character (or vice-versa).

---- Some of his winning camera angles show his back/head close up... this is probably wrong.

---- In-fight, his name is 'DURAL' under his lifebar.

---- On the Time ranking screen, his name appears as 'DURAL'.

===== Personal Thoughts =====
It is sometimes amazing on what can be found in the data of video games. So more than 2 decades later (at this time of writing), we get to see some new characters in Virtua Fighter 1.
