Midas Interactive Entertainment, the software house that turned every good idea into excrement, had the development slaves of Atomic Planet Entertainment develop a shooter that packed a punch! With a budget that probably wouldn't even cover a moldy cheeseburger, they hammered together the incredibly bad game called "World War 2 Soldier," which was released for the PlayStation 2 in 2005. Looking at the result, this playable mess might just be the worst shooter ever released for that platform. Not only is it a visual vomit, but it's also almost unplayable overall.

The story? We slip into the role of a nameless soldier who is assigned to travel to Switzerland. There, he's not supposed to participate in an international snowball fight or anything like that, but rather he has to infiltrate a castle where a similarly nameless general is being held captive and, with other Midas games, is being constantly tortured to extract information. The goal is to rescue the general and bring him to safety.
