#WWE #Backlash 2025 Predictions: The MOST PREDICTABLE PLE In Years?
18WWE, you've got a little bit of a problem going on with some of your PLEs. What am I talking about is this. Back in February, I went to Indianapolis to the Royal Rumble. I absolutely had a great time. Now tonight we have Backlash in St Louis, about 2 and 1/2 hours away from me I never had any intention of going to see it, especially when tickets were more expensive than the Royal Rumble! What gives with that? I also think part of the reason why I'm not looking forward to it is I think the card is pretty predictable. How predictable? Let's give you some predictions here as I think #Backlash 2025 may be the most predictable PLE in years
Up first for the Intercontinental Championship we have Dominic Mysterio going up against Penta. I'm sorry, Dirty Dom is not losing his title anytime soon I look for some shenanigans to happen here to cost Penta the match as I do think he's heading to Smackdown to tag and reform the Lucha Bros with with Ray Fenix.
Pat McAfee versus Gunter, I'm sorry If Gunter does not absolutely wipe the mat with Pat McAfee something is wrong . The one interesting thing I think we may see here is I think Gunter may turn to Michael Cole and make him throw in the towel to save McAfee from getting destroyed.
The women's Intercontinental Championship match is the one out of all five matches that we have on tonight's card that I could really go either way. I really think they're trying to push Lyra Valkyia and I honestly see this coming as a win for Lyra via DQ. I'm anticipating Bailey somehow factoring into the decision and attacking Becky Lynch when it looks like she's just about to win.
The undisputed WWE Championship match between John Cena ersus Randy Orton. Randy is not winning this, you're not going to see Cena drop the belt until his very last match. I just don't see it happening
And finally we have the fatal four-way for the US Championship We've got Fatu versus LA Knight versus Damen Priest versus Drew McIntyre. This is going to be Jacob Fatu, I mean he just won it at WrestleMania, He is not dropping the title anytime soon, again this kind of leads into the fact very predictable sort of card
