The little secret relax you elbows and arms so that you can stand for a long time without feeling strains. In lesson 3 of How to do Zhanzhuang and Standing Meditation , we learn how to embrace a ball of energy with our two arms and generate new energy in the process. First, we learn the secret of resting our arms with an invisible support to stay relaxed. We also learn how we can make the fingers of the two hands become conduits of energy; and “emptying” the area within the embrace for the energy to flow freely.
