Game User experience (UX) is becoming trendy in the game industry, yet many game developers assume it's "just about UI", or that UX is something that can be "done later in the process". UX is a mindset, it *is* the process, and it should be the concern of everyone in the studio in order to be truly efficient. In this talk by former director of UX at Epic Games (Fortnite) and 10-year+ veteran in the game industry, Celia Hodent will explain how to develop UX practices in a game studio, from UX unawareness to having a centralized UX culture.
