The last mandatory boss fight before the final battles. Anne is much more dangerous than last time, but we've also been grinding job levels before this. I'd thought I'd need it for the final boss, but it didn't end up being required - at least Late Bloomer will help with the postgame content of the challenge.

Anne is dangerous to us in so many ways. For one, if she reduces one of our allies to 1 max HP for the remainder of the battle, they'll be nearly useless, unable to cast any meaningful magic because we need MP Free in a Pinch to function. While elemental protection in tandem with the usual Soul Mirror spam would normally keep us protected from Anne, she's also got a skill that renders us weak to elemental damage, and she likes to follow it up with the attack when the party is resting and cannot react with a timely buff. This seems to happen every time when Anne isn't killed fast enough.

The boss has one ridiculously exploitable weakness. On the 1st turn, she will always seems to buff herself up (could just be the RNG though). This means we needn't worry about her killing an important character on the 1st turn and we can go all-out offensive.

Anne has 225,000 HP, making her the healthiest boss faced thus far, healthier than Yoko even, but I come prepared. Good Measure is unequipped because we can get to over 5K damage per Meteor casting in Meteor Rain assault easily with Kaiser's 200% damage buff (seeing 9,999 only hurts the total damage output), and instead I equip Echo for 2 SP, giving me a 25% chance to re-cast a Meteor Rain for no additional cost. I get it to proc 3-4 or so times here, so the battle is over on the 1st turn and Magnolia doesn't even need to act out her turn for the boss to fall. Ventriloquism is too good.
