BZCC Total Command Mod Gameplay - Mission SS12: Total Destruction
Once the NSDF finished tracing the Soviet deployment places and traffic routes, they found out that the CCA were holding the Fury Relics on their main base on Titan, so they dispatched the NSS Liberty and NSS Freedom to Titan, while the NSS Justice stayed behind to assist Grizzly 1 in a last mission on Europa, which consisted of destroying the CCA Base on the Jovian moon. The NSDF Command didn't want this base to provide either military support or an escape route to the CCA forces on Titan, if things were going south for them.
This mission, as well as the previous one of the "Stars and Stripes" campaign (Flying Solo), should have been placed earlier in this timeline, because the NSDF forces on board the NSS Liberty and the NSS Freedom were the Black Dogs Platoons that were defeated by the Soviets in the whole second half of "The Red Brigade" campaign, so there is an inconsistency regarding the times when the NSDF invaded Titan and the moment the Mainline NSDF were aware of the Fury Relics' whereabouts. While I understand that establishing a correct mission sequence is a hard task because of many events occuring simultaneously, it still makes me a lot of noise this order for the aforementioned reasons.
About the difficulty of this mission, this version is certainly harder than the original game's version, because of the CCA attacking recurrently with Cannoneers, as they only try that tactic once in the original version, and their Armory launching Day Wrecker Bombs that almost perfectly matched the Cannoneer attacks. Both stunts are played by the CCA as long as they have the Silos operating. Also, they included Golems and Mammoths in their attack waves, which are very tough units. Regarding the defensive aspect, they have Chain Towers defending the buildings, which were absent in the original version and make the CCA Factory a very tough nut to crack. On the plus side, the modder placed nice Easter Eggs in this mission. Can you identify them in the video?
Will Grizzly 1 succeed and wipe out the CCA on Europa?
See you in the next video!
