Previously, in the 1984 Soviet Campaign of Cold Waters... HQ has set us to "free roam" where we are to take on any convoy or any capital ship (carriers, etc.) We are set up in the North Atlantic.

04-SEP-1984 North Atlantic

We are setup on the shipping lane and we are waiting for a convoy, and we may be here a while.

15-SEP-1984 North Atlantic (yes, almost two WEEKS later)

We finally intercepted a convoy, after a whole lot of nothing and a subsurface contact.

We located a Knox frigate leading two NATO Container ships. We bypassed the ASW helo and sank all three ships.

16-SEP-1984 North Atlantic

We decided to head back, and between Holy Loch and Randal Bank we ran into a subsurface contact. We submerged and detected a Los Angeles class. We fired a torpedo at it to force it away so we can disengage.

18-SEP-1984 Norwegian Sea, west of Narvik

We cruised the Norwegian sea and ran into a submarine contact.

We found a Zwaardvis in our way, so we fired a TEST-71M and killed it.

And the war continues in the next episode.
