Going back to the talk of realistic wads, I've always had my theory on what all the levels in the iwads are supposed to represent even if the developers never intended for Doom to have levels based on real locations aside from Doom II's Suburbs, It is today's authors of wads who have brought the concept to life.

I can't find a overall release date for this one, Authors are Garth Donovan and Keith Hickman. The wad has two levels to it's name and the storyline involves Area 51, The most controversial USAF base in the United States no longer responding to the Top Brass of D.C. so we've been hired to find out what is going on inside the base.

Area 51 looks better than Bermuda Triangle though there are repeated textures in a few parts of the 2nd map. Like Bermuda, there are new custom sounds and a few tricks that were used to give Area 51 a more modern feel well before the invention of any sourceport or the DeHackED option, The crushing ceiling traps caught me off guard and were annoying, Ammo's a bit tight but I prefer this wad to Bermuda by a long shot.
