The boss has pretty high stats, most notably 13 Spd to prevent Marcus from doubling him or even Matthew to steal his Silver Card. When using his Bolting tome, his AS is 0 so anyone (except Bartre of course) can double him, but the problem is Kishuana's appearance on turn 3 enemy phase. Any mage within Kishuna's range is treated as unequiped, so the boss will have 13 AS at that time.

So to 4-turn the chapter, Marcus must be dropped on turn 2, but the mountain area (the safest dropping place) is still in range of the boss' Bolting (27 Atk), and 20 Atk Nosferatu!shaman and multiple mages. The boss is strong enough to leave Fiora with 1 HP, this is why I got the Pure Water on chapter 19, because it allows her to survive his attack, as well as taking little to no damage from the mages.

There is still the shaman, and Fiora can't tank it, so he must not attack her. The solution is to bait him far from the mountains on turn 1 with Florina, who also took a Pure Water, as she also take little to no damage from the mages even when carrying Hector.

Once Kishuna appears, the knights are not a threat at all and I just have to finish the boss (if one of the previous attack miss, there is still the Killing Edge backup strat). About my 3 other units, Raven continues to gain Exp by killing the Axereaver pegasus knights while Kent and Dart managed to get the Swordreaver as well as the Godess Icon.
