Here we have some performance analysis footage of the Rainbow Six Siege Beta on Xbox One. Please not that this is a beta version of Rainbow Six Siege and its performance is not necessarily representative of the final product.
In the PVP mode of the Rainbow Six Siege Beta on Xbox One we see a target frame rate of 60 frames per second using an adaptive vsync solution. Tearing can seem to occur anywhere in the top half of the frame.
The game spends a lot of time at its target 60fps mark, but heavy action and transparent effects can bring this down. These frame rate dips usually see the frame rate running in the fifties, but it can occasionally dip below that into the high forties.
We also see the occurrence of some seemingly random dips that drop even further into the forties and sometimes even into the thirties. These frame rate dips can occur when there doesn't seem to be anything taxing enough to justify them when compared to the rest of the games performance.
The Xbox One version of the Rainbow Six Siege beta runs at a native resolution of 1600x900.
As always, please watch in HD (preferably 1080p) and 60fps for the best viewing experience.
