Hanj and team now venture into the Ice Cave to find the Floater to raise the airship from the desert and visit a bunch of fun places, get some new clothes, take on the Fiend of Water, and raid a tower for some nice treasure. Some highlights:
41 minutes, 10 seconds - If you take the time to speak to everyone in this game, you actually get hints to pretty much everything you need to do. This one is tougher to find though because this particular elf only says this after a certain point in the game.
46 minutes, 20 seconds - Interestingly, there are no foes in this desert.
52 minutes, 20 seconds - Healing in this game is pretty cumbersome. It's pretty awful that you can't change the order of your spells or items too. If your heal potions happen to be in an annoying space or if your commonly used spell is in a bad spot then too bad...it just takes that much longer to use. Here I was intending to use a pure potion and didn't mean to use the cabin. The inventory shifting around when you get key items sucks. Got a house right after though.
1 hour, 17 minutes, 50 seconds - Have some pointless fun with these town tiles.
1 hour, 28 minutes, 50 seconds - The airship normally cannot land on sand, but it is strangely able to land on the sand that has the caravan.
1 hour, 37 minutes, 15 seconds - Just like when in the boat, you can also use a tent, cabin, or house while in the canoe.
1 hour, 47 minutes, 25 seconds - If you exit the waterfall, you can travel up for no reason.
1 hour, 50 minutes, 10 seconds - Some of the stats you gain upon leveling up are random. These ones sucked!
2 hours, 30 seconds - For some reason if you hit the directional buttons at this screen at the inn you set a selection noise. Not sure why.
2 hours, 9 minutes, 15 seconds - If you examine this door it tells you that it's locked by the mystic key. That's strange. It's required that you have the key at this point. I wonder if there are other doors this late in the game that say the same thing if examined.
2 hours, 28 minutes, 40 seconds - I was curious if you could buy another bottle from the caravan after using the first but apparently he's gone! I'm still curious if you can buy two at once when you pick up the first one though. I didn't have enough money to try it at the time.
2 hours, 54 minutes - Here's another fun and useless example of the fake door glitch.
2 hours, 56 minutes, 10 seconds - Wow. Nobody was touched by Kraken. Ink, you stink!
3 hours, 6 minutes, 30 seconds - I wanted to test this out...You actually cannot get into the Mirage Tower without the chime, so I suppose we'd better go find one!
