Merry Christmas, everyone!

Lowest-levelled unit that isn't Olivia: Vaike (10.07)
Highest-levelled unit that isn't Chrom: Lissa (11.58)

Henry's joinmap. The enemy density is extremely high and oppressive, and the enemy waves need some work to be dealt with. Chrom is fortunately extremely reliably in his combat prowess as a promoted Great Lord, having enough raw stats to not care about either healing or Aether procs for sustainability. I have him fight alongside Vaike, with whom he has B-support, somehow not reaching A level after all that juggernauting in different parts of the map, while Robin is busy being tied to newcomer Henry.

The boy dark mage is a more accurate Tharja who's not as susceptible to being critblicked. Things are also fairly bleak as far as doubling is concerned, as speed tonics are banned and not enough levelling takes place to compensate for low base speed even with the right support partner. Avoiding doubles from non-mercenary enemies is still very achievable and does allow Nosferatutanking, and we might as well burn through Tharja's beginning tome of Awakening's infamous facerolling magic seeing how they are sellable immediately after the map ends, in a run where we have very few things to spend money on with the established restrictions. Robin's Solidarity is a nice complement to Henry's innately high crit rate with Ruin, giving us very goods odds of taking out a normally hard-to-ORKO enemy like the mercenary in a single attack, which is helpful when disposing of multiple enemies at once.

A lot of our non-Chrom offence is somewhat luck-reliant. Sully paired up with Lon'qu for speed attacking with Silver Lance and Cordelia benefiting from Kellam's stats can achieve ORKOs on the likes of archers if the latter don't roll the highest physical bulk, and levelling up during the map can guarantee success with these enemy types. Their job is to self-improve and not die while Chrom is busy fighting elsewhere.

The northern area, with the longbow archers scouting on both sides, is best cleaned up by Chrom first, as failure to do so will result in an unstoppable pincer attacker shortly afterwards when the reinforcements come. Chrom can let Vaike do some of the fighting to stay competent outside of pairup bonuses (and these get better with levelling, too). Vaike gets B axes for silver axe access at the end of the chapter.

Chrom then slides back south, unequipping Vaike and switching to javelin to weaken, but not ORKO, the warriors that will eventually come from the south (the third reinforcement wave of the five in this chapter). As Chrom doesn't need any favouritism whatsoever, the other units grab the kills to level up. Eventually, the stationary foes on the sides will join the reinforcement squads to assault my army from all sides, some even approaching from the north (usually two or three unpromoted enemies). Using the Rescue staff can help get Chrom to where he can help the army withstand the attack and also get allies out of enemy attack range. It's a helpful tool even in a run like this, where turn count is of no consequence. Despite Rescue being in play, neither Lissa nor Maribelle level up all that much and stay relatively low-levelled.

Thinking I have too many swordlocked foot units in the army, I promote Gregor to Bow Knight before the chapter starts, mostly to get him out of my sight in the midgame. His role is more questionable when he loses about 10 ponts of speed to both Gaius and Lon'qu, never really coming close to doubling faster enemies like mercs. When everybody else promotes (will this actually happen? Not sure) and he's back on the field, he can at least offer mobility and +mov pairup bonuses to whomever may benefit from them.

Lucina becomes available once the map ends. Because her mother, Robin, didn't do anywhere as much levelling as Chrom did, her stats are comparable to those of, say, Sumia, though Lucina's Prf swords make her somewhat stand out among other foot swordies. The big question is whether I want to use her in this run. She's a child unit, but her recruitment is automatic and doesn't require visiting any maps that aren't mandatory. The choice is probably inconsequential for gameplay purposes, and it makes sense to make it parents-only, as I did visit Donnel's paralogue and will do the same for Tiki's.
