I made substantially more progress in this stream than last time. I think a lot of that stemmed from the fact that I didn't have to collect all 3 hearts in each and every stage. Either way, I went from just barely missing finishing a single loop of the game to doing two full loops with plenty of time to spare. I can't tell if that's because I learned how to play this game... or if it's just far less time-consuming to just not look for all the hearts.

I did manage to finish up all of the remaining stages that are going to be difficult to unlock in this stream... so despite the fact that I'm going to have to do two more loops in order to play every single stage in the game, it might actually take me less time to wrap up next time than I streamed this time. Of course, it doesn't hurt that I managed to wrap up a whopping 12 stages this time around -- that's literally half the entire game! Of course, my boneheaded mistake from the first stream means that I'll essentially have to replay 5 stages to do the last stage in the final world. But hey, I'm already like two stages into my final "real" cycle, so it's not that big of a deal.

Either way, I can't wait to be done with this one. Playing this game makes me feel like my brain's melting. It's simultaneously difficult and boring at the same time... and the weirdest part is that, even my audience seems to be feeling the effects of it. That's probably the most frightening part of it.
