How to Connect Wireless Display to Windows 10 or 11
To connect a wireless display to your Windows 10 or 11 PC, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check Compatibility
✅ Your PC must support Miracast (most modern laptops & desktops with Wi-Fi do).
✅ Your wireless display or TV must support Miracast (e.g., Smart TVs, Wireless HDMI adapters like Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter or Miracast dongles).
To check if your PC supports Miracast:
Press Win + R, type dxdiag, and press Enter.
Click Save All Information and open the saved text file.
Look for Miracast: If it says Available, your PC supports it.
Step 2: Enable Wireless Display on Your TV or Device
For Smart TVs, enable Screen Mirroring / Wireless Display / Miracast in settings.
If using a Miracast adapter, plug it into your TV’s HDMI port and switch the input.
Step 3: Connect Your PC to the Wireless Display
Press Win + K to open the Connect menu.
Select your wireless display from the list.
If prompted, confirm the connection on your TV.
