How to Get the Arrows - The Legend of Zelda 100% Walkthrough
19Unlike in other Zelda games the Arrows are an item that must be bought at a shop before you can use them. Also unlike other Zelda games instead of buying X amount of arrows you instead spend 1 Rupee for every arrow you use. So long as you have Rupees you will have arrows, but once your Rupees are gone you will not be able to shoot arrows until you get more Rupees.
To get the Arrows then (from the starting screen) go up 1 screen, left 3 screens, & up 2 screens. Enter the cave and the Arrows can be bought here for 80 Rupees during both the First & Second Quests. If you need more Rupees then watch the video linked below to see where you can find all of the hidden Rupees in Hyrule.
