About this video: In this video, we teach you exactly how to add XRay to Minecraft 1.16.3. From where to download the XRay texture pack to how to install the XRay texture pack in Minecraft 1.16.3, this video goes over it all. We even show you the optimal settings for using XRay 1.16.3 as your video settings will need to be adjusted to use XRay effectively. Thus, without any more delay, here is how to download and install the XRay Ultimate texture pack in Minecraft 1.16.3!
The first step of getting XRay in Minecraft 1.16.3 is download the XRay texture pack for Minecraft 1.16.3. In the description above, you will find a link to download XRay Ultimate 1.16.3. If you click on that link, it will take you to our website where you will see our text tutorial for adding XRay to Minecraft 1.16.3. Once you are here, scroll down until you see the ‘Download XRay Ultimate’ button. Click that button, and you will be taken to the 1.16.3 download page for XRay Ultimate.
Once you are there, look at the right-hand side of the screen, and scroll down until you see the the ‘Minecraft 1.16’ section. Under that, you will see a version of XRay ultimate that actually works for 1.16+. Click the purple download button to the right of this version, and XRay will start downloading after a few seconds. You may need to keep/save the file depending on the browser.
After you have XRay downloaded, it is time to install XRay into Minecraft 1.16.3. This is actually really is. Just open up Minecraft 1.16.3, and from the main menu, click on the ‘Options...’ button. Then, click on ‘Resource Packs...’ button. From here, it is super easy to install XRay in Minecraft 1.16.3. Just click the ‘Open Pack Folder’ button in the bottom, left side of the screen. Your resource pack folder will then open. Next, take the XRay Ultimate file you downloaded, and drag-and-drop it into this folder.
When you come back to Minecraft, you will see XRay Ultimate in the ‘Available’ section. Hover over it, and there will be an arrow pointing to the right. Click that arrow, and XRay 1.16.3 will move into the ‘Selected’ section. Click ‘Done’ in the bottom right, and Minecraft 1.16.3 will reload with XRay installed.
We aren’t done just yet though, be sure to also click on the ‘Video Settings...’ button, and turn off smooth lighting. This will help when using XRay in Minecraft 1.16.3. However, we also recommend installing Optifine. You can find our Optifine tutorial linked in the description above. That will help you really get the most out of 1.16.3 XRay.
