To turn off game chat in all PS5 games, follow these steps:

Mute Game Chat Using PS5 Settings
Press the PS button on your controller to open the control center
Scroll to and select Sound

Choose Voice Chat
Adjust the slider to zero to mute voice chat
Disable Game Chat by Muting Your Mic
Press and hold the Mute button below the PS button until the orange light appears

This mutes your microphone and stops your voice from being transmitted
Block Game Chat Audio Completely

Go to Settings
Select Sound
Choose Audio Output
Scroll down and select Mute Game Voice Chat
