To transfer contacts from an Android phone to an iPhone using a Google Account in minutes, follow these short steps. Assumes contacts are synced to your Google Account on Android.

Sync Android Contacts to Google:
On Android, go to Settings - Accounts - Google - [Your Account] - Sync Contacts.

Wait 1–2 min for sync to complete.
Add Google Account to iPhone:

On iPhone, go to Settings - Contacts - Accounts - Add Account - Google.
Sign in, enable Contacts sync, tap Save.
