How to Turn On or OFF PS5 Pro using Manual Power Button (Easy Tutorial)
0To turn on the PS5 Pro, locate the power button, which is a thin rectangular button on the front of the console. If the console is standing vertically, it’s the lower button on the black strip in the center. If it’s positioned horizontally, it’s the button on the right side, assuming the disc drive, if present, is on the bottom. Press the power button once briefly. You’ll hear a single beep, and the console will start booting up. The indicator light on the front will turn white when the system is fully on.
To turn off the PS5 Pro, use the same power button. Press and hold it until you hear two beeps, which usually takes about 3-5 seconds. After the first beep, releasing the button puts the console into Rest Mode, and the light turns orange. After the second beep, release the button, and the PS5 Pro will fully shut down, with the light turning off completely. This ensures the console powers off safely.
