How to View Your Blocked Players List
From the PlayStation 5 home screen, navigate to Settings ⚙ ️ in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and select Users and Accounts.
On the left-hand side, select Privacy.
Then, select View and Customize Your Privacy Settings.
On the next screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom. Under "Communication and Multiplayer," you will see an option for Players You Are Blocking.
Select this option to see a full list of all the players you have blocked on your account.
What You Can Do from the Blocked Players List
From this list, you can not only view who you've blocked but also take further action.
Unblock a Player: To unblock someone, simply select their name from the list and choose the Unblock option.
View Profile: You can also go directly to their profile to see their information, trophies, and games.
