Hyper Street Fighter 2: Guile Playthrough!
Welcome to the Retro Gamer 365 where we are gaming every day! Today we have Professor Stu playing through Hyper Street Fighter 2 Anniversary Edition on the Capcom Fighting Collection on the PS4. During the course of play I unlocked the "Festival of Champions", "The Way of the Fist", "Collateral Damage", and "The Path of the Warrior" achievements as well.
Guile was my brother's favorite character on the original Street Fighter 2 and his moves haven't really changed much. For the "Sonic Boom" charge back and then move forward with a punch button. The strength of punch determines the speed of the projectile. For Guile's "Sonic Flip Kick" charge down and then push up with a kick. Same as with the Sonic Boom for strength. Else than that, Guile has no more special moves until you get to his EX move which is much more annoying. I believe it is charge back and down diagonally, forward and down diagonally, back and down diagonally, and then forward up diagonally which is his multiple Sonic Flip Kick. When I found out the name of it I will post it in the comments below probably.
In order to get to the Akuma fight at the end, it would seem to require simply not continuing before getting to M. Bison. On other characters I lost individual rounds and then still got to Akuma but I cannot confirm if there are any other stipulations. Regardless, Beat down Akuma or Bison to finish the game. If you don't fight Akuma the credits will not play however.
With that, this is the end of the video for today, next up will probably be the playthrough of Ryu through the game. If you have any questions or comments then please post them below and as always keep on gaming every day! Smash those like and subscribe buttons!
