This is a quick demonstration of how to make easy Foils with the Magical Deck. There are lots of Foil-generating methods in Act 2. Ouroboros investment, using the Bone Lord's Horn with an Energy Conduit and Bone Heap, the standard Tomb Robber + Necromancer + Bone Heap loop, etc. But this method requires less investment than those others, as you only need 2 initial Foils to purchase a Stim Mage from the Magical shop and access to the Training Dummy. Once you get it going it's also much faster than the Bone Lord's Horn method, since it only requires mashing a single activated ability instead of two. Honestly it's so much better and easier I'm really not sure why the Bone Lord's Horn method is the one that caught on.

First I show the method in its simplest terms, using the Force Mage of the Training Dummy to buy me time to build a Stim Mage up to a reasonable level before winning. It might be a little confusing here since I didn't grab the monocle... let me explain. This is all tied to the second puzzle's solution. The second Practice Mage on column 1 has a Skull icon on it, meaning when it dies it leaves a Ruby Mox behind. That Ruby Mox has a Hefty sigil, which causes it to move one panel and push everything out of its way. I use this to move the Force Mage out of my Stim Mage's path so the buffed Stim Mage can once again attack. This method is more than enough to gain enough Foils for whatever your shopping needs are, but it is somewhat constrained because of Starvation.

If you want to elevate the method to infinite potential, you need 15 Foils so you can head to the Techno shop and purchase three cards from the top left and three from the top right. This will allow you to set up an Energy Conduit, which results in an infinite Stim Mage. It really doesn't get any easier than this.

I don't show Devil's Play here, but if you want to get the achievement this way you just need to build your Stim Mage up to 667+ attack.

0:00 Tower Puzzle
0:37 Slime Mage (earn 2 Foils)
1:41 Purchase Stim Mage
2:08 Training Dummy (21 Foils)
3:30 Purchasing Energy Conduit
4:18 Training Dummy w/infinite Stim Mage (100 Foils)
6:40 Purchasing Dual Mox cards
