Well, unfortunately, we'll have to cut the extras short. I was originally going to do 4 extra videos, but I ended up doing only 2. I was going to show off Hard Mode, but...it's hard. Like, really, REALLY freaking hard, as in World 1 on Hard Mode was more difficult than World 11 on Normal. So no, I won't be showing Hard Mode...good lord, what a nightmare. Also, I was going to finish with the Extra world, but I had to skip that too, because apparently, unlocking it requires getting a certain enemy to show up in Endless Mode and defeating it, and I do not like Endless Mode nearly enough to want to bother with playing it until that happens (especially considering how nasty I remember the extra world being last time...). If you want to see Hard Mode or the extra world, find someone else or get the game yourself. Sorry. Though I do show off some other things here, such as the bestiary, the sound test, the level editor, and a bit of Endless Mode.

I suppose this video does seem a bit rushed and sloppier than it really should be...eh. The final few episodes of this LP were kind of cursed anyway, and it's not as if anyone really cares. (And it was still January when I uploaded this the first time before having to reupload...shut up.)

So with that, we are finally done with Copy Kitty. This was an interesting one...for one thing, it was actually the first PC game I've done; every other one was an emulated console game, mostly SNES but some NES and PS1, and a couple others. It was also the first indie game I've done, even if I got more exposure to it by actually sort of knowing the developers. It's a pretty good game overall, with flashy graphics, decent music, and tons of fun abilities to play with. It does have its flaws, even if not everyone would agree with my assessment. I like the music overall, but there is just plain not enough of it...really, only 8 different tracks for over 100 levels? And that's counting the two that are only ever heard in one boss battle. I also think some of the worlds could definitely stand to have a bit more scenic variety in their levels, mostly worlds 3, 7, and 9. And yes, I still think Arikan sucks. But whatever. There's also the matter of the whole Extra world/Endless Mode thing. If that was supposed to be an incentive to get me to play more Endless Mode (Savant also has a closing quote saying as much), then it failed at best and outright backfired at worst. And I kind of think the level editor should let you make larger levels than it does, which would let you make, for instance, levels that are more of a platform obstacle course if you wanted. The current maximum level size is still pretty limited. Still, though...you get to make an alien cat creature blow up robots in cyberspace. And you get to do it for only $10, or even free. And it comes with a level editor. In short: You should probably play Copy Kitty, unless you just hate video games (or hate them even more than I do, which would be something).

This also marks the end of my 2014 Let's Plays, or at least the ones that were supposed to be finished in 2014. Stay tuned for the projects of 2015!
