Let’s Play The Fall Part 2 Unbound #04: Exploring the Wider Network
106This is my first playthrough through this game. Kindly avoid posting spoilers in the comments or solutions to puzzles either in this video or future ones so as not to spoil the experience for me or those that haven’t seen the game before.
With the information we gained on how the user is connecting to us and our body, Arid is now able to access new parts of network space. That we gained this information by destroying the Butler’s routine via deceit and trickery is something I personally feel quite bad about and while Arid did try to find gentler ways to get what was needed, we were being vetoed by the singular rule set up to protect us. One has to wonder what further damage we’ll be causing in the future all in the name of saving ourselves.
Unfortunately, we can only access so much with the tools Arid currently has and expanding our arsenal in the digital realm isn’t as simple as it is in the realm world… or is it? It just so happens that there’s something about that might give us what we need, albeit at a risk of exposing us more to the very thing we’re trying to rid ourselves of. The alternative is being trapped here, waiting for the virus to destroy us and that is something we do not want, so it’s time to meddle with very dangerous things indeed.
