W-wh...what?! This is not right. It can't be! Why is this video so LONG?! This is even longer than the necessarily long Cornell story mode run from Judgment, although it doesn't beat the length of some of the others... to even be in the ballpark is pretty outrageous, since the whole reason for uploading them in pairs was because they're SUPPOSED to be tiny little things...

Of course, if I was at all merciful, I'd have put this and the extra-long Infinity on days by themselves and let Clear All and Big Square be neighbors on a day in between... but NOPE. You're made to suffer for your absurd choice to be an early target for my crimes against humanity. People just getting here now after the fact... you've got no one to blame but yourselves and have presumably binged more than enough by now that this is nothing but a bigger bump in the road.

Puzzle 44: Big G x2

See, I know that Big G and (little) I have had our differences in the past, but I wouldn't have expected anything like this. Well, maybe I might've, b ut those... devious Gs! It's very easy to underestimate the precision and care with which you need to tackle what feels like a very simple and obvious construction... but it's really more recognizable than simple. It's something we take for granted, this tightly-wound spiral of our doom. (It is my Spiral Nemesis.)

It's just really hard to knead out the lumpy inconsistency and air bubbles that might emerge in the process of laying on layers of the G, so you need to be particularly careful and precise before making a drop... and not... y'know... crazy from having been playing too many puzzles in a row all at once. But I knew the end was nigh and I didn't want to muss up my groove... which is a good way to enter into a rut. This is just one of those perfect storm moments made all the more devastating because it sneaks up and catches you by surprise.
