There's not a lot to say about this stage. Homing Sniper everything and for those you can't, Tengu Blade or Blast Wind past them. I will say, though. Scworms are one of my least favourite enemies and I'm so glad we can just Tengu Blade through them in this game. Although they only appear very briefly here. Oh and also, most of the Hovers are actually pretty fast in this stage, but there is one that moves at regular Hover speed. You should Rush Jet that one and save a tiny bit of time.

Stone Man is the biggest problem, honestly. I still find the whole switching Salt Water off and on thing somewhat hard to get down. So gotta do all that while also trying to aim the darned thing with Stone Man bouncing around everywhere. Also because Stone Man collapsing is RNG dependent, you gotta wrestle with that too. He gets a surprising amount of i-frames when he does collapse. Like, his i-frames end when he reforms completely.

This run beats the previous normal record, MystSvin's 2:05. For improvements, the Stone Man fight is definitely the biggest contributor. I am hot garbage at it, it seems. The only other thing I can think of is perhaps dealing with the first Caricarry in a way that doesn't stop you on the ladder. Maybe Homing Sniper? Maybe?
