This is a pretty fun level. Not much in the way and most of the enemies are avoidable via Flame Mixer or Tengu Blade. While most of the level is like this, there are some other interesting points to talk about.

In the long Force Beam room, there's a Bugcopter and Monking close together. I just couldn't get away without taking knockback from one of them so I decided to just slow down a bit and kill them. It might actually be possible to Blast Wind off the Monking though. So you'd slide under the Bugcopter and then slide into the Monking. Although this seems pretty tight because you'd have to be pretty far off the ledge to make contact with the Monking.

What's interesting about these rotating Force Beams is that you can actually squeeze past their sides once they're at a right angle. I make use of this twice. On the second time, I have to intentionally use Beat Rescue to sneak past. I'm not actually sure if this saves a lot of time or any time at all, but any excuse to use a Beat Rescue strat is fine by me. You should use a Rain Flush before dunking yourself down the pit though because if you don't, the enemies will start to group up on you and you'll take knockback as soon as you let go of Beat Rescue.

The boss is also interesting. You just dunk Flash Man down a pit with Rain Flush right away which kills him. But this also throws you down a pit and usually you're the one dying first. That is, unless, you have good ol' Beat Rescue to the rescue again. He'll save you, Flash Man dies, and you can let go of Beat Rescue as soon as he does to screen transition.

This run beats the previous normal record, MystSvin's 1:27.870, an improvement of 395 frames (or 6.583 seconds). For improvements, the only thing I can think of is doing a Blast Wind off that one Monking in the long Force Beam room. Also, if doing that room where I Beat Rescue past a Force Beam is actually faster on foot, then that should be an improvement. I never actually bothered to test that. Either way though, using Beat Rescue is what the cool kids should do.
