Welcome back to The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall, a role-playing game originally made by Bethesda for the MS Dos. For this playthrough, we are using the Unity remake of the game and a lot of mods to enhance the experience. The game involves navigating the sensitive political landscape of the Illiac Bay, a region of Tamriel on the fictional planet of Nirn comprising of the countries within the bay as well as the various fragmented powers surrounding it on both High Rock and Hammerfell. We have sent to the place on a mission by our Emperor Uriel Septim VII to investigate two curious instances, the shade of King Lysandus that roams the streets of Daggerfall at night and a letter that he sent to the Queen of Daggerfall a few years ago that never reached her. Despite being a dungeon crawler at heart, Daggerfall places a lot of emphasis upon the player's individual exploration as choosing one among the various political factions in the region as they navigate the complex mess that is the Illiac Bay. In this playthrough, we will be playing as a Spellcaster and will shift our focus towards the Mages' Guild and the Temple of Kynareath.

Having been on quite a few adventures now, we have finally come to realise just how underpowered we are in comparison to most of the challenges that the Illiac Bay has to offer, especially if we are to complete the Emperor's requests. For starters, we need to find money to purchase better spells and equip ourselves better so that we may survive the Illiac Bay and its denizens long enough to endure seeing this matter to the end.

To that effect, Strangeblood has come up with the amazing solution to simply go ahead and rob some family graves of their valuables. Stooping down to robbing graves for whatever little riches they may hold, we make our way across the province of Daggerfall, moving from one wealthy family's crypt to the other and ridding the dead of their possessions, hoping that nothing shall come to haunt us.

As we set out to complete our heinouos task, we mostly find challenges in the form of Giant Rats or Bats. However, some other adventurers of the ill-disposition have also had the same idea as us and sometimes, we also run into some other grave robbers inside of the crypts that we're raiding, providing us with a tough fight. Luckily for us, they seem more interested in the loot than the thrill of the kill, being why they leave us alone while we lick our wounds outside the crypt, biding our time to come back inside and finish them off.

We also came across a stray bat and a highwayman on our adventures during our travels between the graveyards and once, we contracted Brain Fever and the Plague from a Rat, for which we had to travel posthaste to the Blessed Tree of Kynareath to get cured where we got scammed by the medical fees.

All in all, we obtained quite plentiful loot from our shady venture which all came up to a total of a neat 6,000 pieces of Gold in total after selling everything else that we could.

Here is how Strangeblood was forced to raid the many minor family crypts of Daggerfall:
