This is one of the weirdest levels in the game. It's all down to one section, and one section only; that sequence of disappearing blocks. You think I'm wasting my time learning that pattern? Hell the fuck no!
Item-2 turns what may well be the most difficult platforming section of the entire game into a short ride, complete with extra life pickup along the way.

With the use of Bubble Lead, Heat Man can be easily goaded into charging around without lobbing anything (while taking a tonne of damage in the process), although he will ALWAYS spray that first set of three fireballs. They can be avoided reliably enough if you move properly, but it's one of those things that I've never bothered learning. Ah well.
