Thunder GS, for the express purpose of packing as much damage into a single hit, is still worse than Wyvern Ignition.

The long explanation...

I decided to go with Crit Element since I can fit all the skills in, albeit I've to bet on a 95% critical chance. This is just a more definitive way for me to say Thunder GS is not going to beat Elementless anytime soon.
