I dodged the first Grunt, but the second one is required. His Pokémon are OHKO'd and I picked up a Zinc along the process. I dodged two more Grunts and finally found the Galactic Key. I unclocked the door in the main building and dodged and fought more Grunts. One has another annoying Golbat that can't be OHKO'd without a critical hit.
I went further in the hideout and saw the speech Cyrus gave to his Grunts. I healed up after another conversation with Looker. I used Rare Candies again to level up Torterra even more. I fought to more Grunts seperately instead of in a double battle. I saved before facing Cyrus again.

Saved at 2:35 with a L52 Torterra.
