This segment begins with the final rival battle. I used a X-Attack mainly to OHKO Meganium before it can use Reflect or Petal Dance. All his other Pokémon are OHKO'd by non critical hit moves. I picked up another Rare Candy and went into the Pokémon League.
I bought some Max Repels and Full Restores before challenging the Elite-4. The first member is Will and I used a X-Attack to OHKO all his Pokémon with Crunch. Slowbro usually barely survives and it uses Curse after being healed up. I used Earthquake instead and finished it off with Crunch. I saved before facing Koga.

Saved at 2:46 with a L49 Feraligatr.
