2Cyrus is very hard because all his Pokémon have attacks that are super effective on Torterra. I needed Quick Claw to activate on Sneasel so I would avoid an Ice Punch. I would continue too if Sneasel used Screech. I used a X-Speed and X-Attack on Golbat because it's Air Cutter couldn't 3HKO me. Murkrow is a OHKO with Return thanks to boosted speed and attack.
I received Surf from the old lady and taught it to Bibarel. I flew to Jubilift City after a conversation with Cynthia. I picked up a Rare Candy on Route 218 and dodged all trainers. I entered Canalave City and saved before going on the bridge.
Saved at 1:52 with a L40 Torterra.
