Battle BGM: Tower of Waters

We get the Master Dojo for this one, and as for the song, I don't remember if you can get both Tower of Waters and Tower of Darkness songs or if you can only get one, because I do know that once you complete one of the towers, the other will be locked away permanently for the rest of the game, so I am not sure if it is possible to exit one of the towers and enter the other one to unlock both songs.
As for my opponent's team, while it looks to be really good, it doesn't look to be a competitively trained team, because there were some questionable moves on most of her Pokémon, like having Vanilluxe use Sheer Cold against Skarmory, when Sturdy prevents him from getting hit by Sheer Cold anyway, and Vanilluxe didn't even have Snow Warning, which is the one Ability you really want when using one. I did like how she had a Rapid Style Urshifu, but I did find Dynamic Punch to be an unusual move choice, because Urshifu can learn Brick Break and Close Combat, and they are way better moves to have over Dynamic Punch.
I use Tangrowth in this battle, and I did check Pikalytics, and I was very surprised to see Tangrowth not being high in the usage charts for Battle Stadium singles, because I do remember Tangrowth being in the OU tier in past games because of how popular Assault Vest sets were, and it had very good stats all-around and access to moves like Giga Drain, Knock Off, Earthquake, Sludge Bomb, and a few other moves. While I put Tangrowth to good use in that fight, and she does have Regenerator, which is the one Ability you really want to have when using Tangrowth in online battles.
