Description:
Adol and Dogi arrive in the city/kingdom of Altago, only to be unfairly arrested by a corrupt knight. Fortunately, King Kiermarl bails them out and asks them to explore the nearby ruins and investigate the legends of the island of Altago landmass.
This game is the first to feature the party system and Flash Guard mechanics, but also ditches platforming mechanics. The skill system is based not on elemental magic, but on weapon-based techniques that consume SP, which can only be gained by using normal attacks and Flash Guard. Basically, it's a completely different beast from the Napishtim games.

Geis somehow got to the ruined town of Edona before the party. Fortunately, he joins the party instead of trying to go it alone.
Honestly, I don't like Adol as a pierce or strike type, since the former discourages me from having a long-range attacker in the party while the latter makes him slow.

There's a lot of stuff happening in multiple directions, which is bad because some of the attacks can freeze you. Worse yet, there is only one anti-freeze accessory, making this battle a lot harder if you try to switch to someone who doesn't have it equipped.
Afterwards, the Sea Dragon will upgrade all Extra Skills.
