6:12 has the fight with the 2 Faces guarding what is no doubt the mastermind's surveillance and communications room.

First off, to clarify on the addresses holding the code needed for entering the boss fight, the 1st digit of the Face room code is held at 7E2373; the 2nd at 7E2375; and the 3rd at 7E2377. If you have the bad luck of the Alarm Room code matching the the Face Room code, use a cheat code to modify one of those addresses to use a different value. But yes, the 2 codes can be randomly generated to match upon entry of the Services Sector (A2 or B2) or the Security Access (D3) and if that happens, unfortunately, you can't get in legitimately because the game only checks for a Face Room code match if the Alarm Room code match fails. Oops. (Granted, this has only a 1/27 chance of happening, but it can happen if you're unlucky.)

As to the fight itself, the Faces just use Flash and Heal. Since I'm disallowing myself from just cheesing this the obvious way that's not counting something like Barrier for cheesing everything, I'm having to sneak in through the Flash casts the hard way. Thankfully, each Face also has a defense mode where they can become eerily silent signifying when to sneak in. There's also enough room to the south to be out of reach of the Flash casts without getting sniped out.

However, the Faces still have Heal, AND 4000 HPs 800 Physical DEF as well, so I'm needing to resort to bringing in Private Hazard to focus fire on one Face, having to use up healing resources to tend to him. Otherwise, a Boy solo would not be reasonable, because the L3 Axe attack will not reach from the south, while attacking from the side has the issue of having to move right back around the sandbags that do have a gap in the center but do NOT allow for moving in between them and the Face. Forget the L2 Axe attack even if it could reach from the south as well, because the best you could hope for wouldn't even reach 200 damage on a single round, which will get it outpaced by Heal. The Physical DEF is that insane and I'm left wondering yet again why Axes couldn't have been given partial DEF ignoring.

So this is your bonus boss, folks.
