Session 4: World 4 (Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island)
0Huh. So the SNES version of Yoshi's Island DID let you have more than 99 lives.
After the jungle areas of World 3, it's back to a world that doesn't really have a theme. Maybe the terrain's a bit more rugged, but that's pretty much it.
"Don't Look Back" is probably my least-favorite area in this world. "Marching Milde's Fort" is probably the largest castle in the game, though not the longest. And the "Cave of Lakitu" is a jerk for letting me get that far without giving me a midway point. But I really enjoy Ride Like The Wind. It shows potential for the super-fast platforms in the game (a potential that will be reached in the next word). Plus it has those little white penguin guys that I love. Somebody needs to make a YI hack where instead of eggs, you get those guys.
Also, a couple times in this video, I attempt to perform some glitches I've seen on Youtube. I fail those, and instead perform a glitch I haven't seen on Youtube.
