This will be the last of the 4 sports games I ever do for challenge runs.

This video has the fewest frame drops. I only noticed 2 or 3.

This game only has 2 game modes. The main game which is what this video is, which is basically 1 full basketball game. The other mode is Intergalactic tournament, where you have to play and win 5 games in a row. And, oddly, you can't choose Jordan in the tournament mode. I don't think anyone wants to see 5 games of this, so I chose to just do the main game mode.

Note that I'm only playing the basketball game. I turned off all the sublevels, which are mini-games that are suppose to give you some advantage during the game if you do it right (like more speed, better rebounding, etc.). The mini-games aren't fun and detract from the main basketball game, and I also didn't want the stat boosting stuff from mini-games.

Since the entire playthrough is essentially just one basketball game, I increased the time limit of each quarter to 5 minutes to make the game longer.

I was curious if this game is any fun. It's not, lol.

This game is basically a downgraded version of NBA Jam. It's hard to tell who has the ball or even what's going on most of the time. Pushing people is so awkward in this game. The announcer is pretty annoying constantly saying how much of a lead you have or don't have after every single point. It's funny how the dunk animations in NBA Jam seem more like what Looney Tune dunks should look like, but the dunks in this game is pretty bland. NBA Jam pretty much does everything better than this game.

I chose the DOS version because apparently it's the only version that has music playing during the basketball game. The PS1 and Saturn versions don't have any music for some reason during the basketball game.

I originally wanted to vary up the players such as Wile E. Coyote and Yosemite Sam for 1st quarter, Pepe Le Pew and Taz for 2nd quarter, then Bugs Bunny and Michael Jordan for 3rd and 4th quarter (Lola Bunny in all 4 quarters). But, I couldn't figure out how to get out of the substitution screen. I knew how to get into it and how to change players but not how to finalize and get out of the substitution screen. So I ended up just going with Lola, Bugs Bunny, and Jordan for the entire game. After this recording, I did find out later that the "space bar" is what gets you out of the substitution screen. I didn't even know that button was used in the game.

I thought this game was going to be easy because it's a children's game, but hard difficulty is actually pretty hard. The game's score is pretty close most of the time. Even when I get a good lead, it's quickly gone when the cpu starts going crazy. Cpu behaves a lot like NBA Jam with them being the worst at the last quarter. I actually thought I was going to lose.

Note that the score board only has 2 digits, so when the score goes above 99, it goes back to 0. Since I set each quarter to 5 minutes, the score goes way above 99. The scores were nearing almost 200 points by the end. Also, when the basketball game ends, they don't even show you what the final score is.

This will conclude me doing any more sports game challenges. These games were never really planned to be done as challenges. NBA Jam and NFL were fun, but I can't say the same about this game and the tennis game.

This was played on emulator. No cheats. No save states. No tool-assists.
