In Tallowmere, one does not run or sprint, but bunny hop, and blast and smash their way to victory!

Oh, and don’t forget to block; blocking is important.
The Dungeons of Tallowmere:
The dungeon rooms are Procedural, and packed with traps, and monsters, but also packed with treasure chests, which have powerful and fun loot inside!
You can find useful potions like healing, and stun resistance, and new weapons in the chests, like a flamethrower, a very nice axe, a big, hard hitting knockback club, a frost wand, an RPG (because of course) and more!
Beyond cool and fun loot, you also collect yellow gold and blue souls from defeated monsters, used at the shop by Lady Tallowmere to buy new gear you like, and at demon shrines to get stat upgrades: think +5 hp, +5 Attack, and something random.
One time, it was acid resistance. Another time +1 passive hp regen.
Next, I got +1 health on kill; very nice!
Oh ya, watch out for those purple thrown bombs; they stun you!
Local co-op / split screen play is present too, up to 4 players, in case that is something that interests you.
Controller Support is present and very good, while Mouse and Keyboard control is a bit less good, as there is no curser support here, just the keyboard and mouse buttons, but it felt alright to play.
However, as a Sidescroller, Tallowmere is likely always going to feel better with a gamepad anyway.
Anyway, Tallowmere is a very fun, Indie Action Roguelike packed with fun dungeon rooms, fun treasure, and fun and wild fights, and unlimited jumping, and is easily well worth a watch.
