If you are bringing a Dessert to a superbowl party this weekend, do yourself and everyone a favor… and bring these!!
They are only 4 ingredients, and soooo good!
Ingredients:
* 1 sleeve of Biscoff Cookies, set 1 aside for topping.
* 1/2 a block of cream cheese
* 1-2 tbsp milk
* White chocolate coating
Instructions:
1. Start by getting the Biscoff cookies in a food processor, and processing on low for 20-30 seconds.
2. Next we can add the cream cheese, and pulse until a dough forms. Usually only takes about 30 seconds.
3. Add 1-2 tbsp of milk to get the best texture, and pulse until combined and smooth.
4. Place the mixture in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to firm up, and then you can scoop it out and roll into balls. Whatever size you prefer!
5. Pop them back in the fridge, and melt down your chocolate coating. Then dip each ball in, I recommend using a skewer or fork.
6. Place each coated ball on parchment paper, top with crushed Biscoff cookies, and chill for a few minutes to solidify!
