Getting to the One Reborn is probably more challenging to most players than the boss fight itself. It's a straightforward path, but littered with undead amalgams.

If you're having problems and can't use a weapon to stunlock them, then get behind them and hit once or twice then back up. NEVER attack from the front unless you like risking the thing swinging with hyper armor very quickly and stun locking you.

As for the One Reborn, treat it like the Tower Knight from Demon's Souls. Go up the stairs first and kill the bell maidens. I'm not quite sure what they do since I've never seen them left alive when I co-oped but I'd assume they make the fight considerably harder.

Once they're down treat the fight like the Gaping Dragon from Dark Souls. Meaning go in for 1 swing and back up and don't stay locked on. If you hear loud chanting BACK UP, or possibly rush to behind it (I think it'll miss there). It's about to aoe that one shots me in co-op so it's quite hard hitting.

If it starts vomiting, get on stairs, fairly straightforward boss all in all. If it falls down hit the prominent corpse on it's "head" for bonus damage. I've hit like 1k on normal swings before with a +9 Ludwig's and it just melts.
