I recently made a steak using sous vide and it was covered in roasted garlic! I saw this @betterthanbouillon at the store and realized I never tried to use just that as a seasoning in sous vide!#
It worked really well! It’s salty, so no need to add anything else! The roasted garlic flavor really stuck out, but you do have to make sure you use atleast 1.5 tbsp!
