439If you’re like me and making a ton of Prime Rib this holiday, save and share this with friends and family to make sure you get to enjoy those leftovers without over cooking it!
I use a cast iron skillet and a small circle cooling rack for this, but a regular cooling rack on a baking sheet does the trick!
I highly recommend using a probe thermometer, but if you don’t have one just make sure to check the temp during the reheating process every 10 minutes or so after the first 30 minutes of cooking.
Once the roast is warmed through, uncover it and broil to revive that crust!!
