Completed in 6 turns (this seems to be a recurring number, huh?).

I had a bit of difficulty in this map. Just counting the squares, Chen easily gets to the seize point on turn 5, perhaps even turn 4 if she gets danced on her first turn (after turn 1, Reimu will be way out of range to dance her). However, good luck making it there alive. In the little space at the beginning where you're attacked by a mage with some overpowered tome (I'd tell you what it is if I could read Japanese) and a Silver Bow Sniper, Chen doesn't have any chances at all to make it through until the tougher units like Reisen and Aya clear the way.

Another nasty surprise awaits near the boss where the Steel Sword-wielding Myrmidons all double and 2HKO Chen. Chen should stay back until they're dead, and Aya is the best for this purpose as she 1RKOs all of them with a simple Iron Lance. This is why Aya is so much better than Hatate.

Though having Chen seize on turn 6 is nothing special knowing in how many steps she can make it to the seize point, I'm really proud that I managed to get all the items on the way, opening all the chests, killing all the thieves running away with treasure and even grabbing that elusive Dracoshield with Reisen (it's carried by a distant Knight fairy).

The treasures in this map are pretty nifty - a bunch of staves and other stuff. You get another Bullion you can sell for gold, an Again Staff (nobody has B rank staves to use it just yet, but Keine is getting there... she probably would be there already if I took every opportunity to spam Physic staff but I'm greedy), a Barrier Staff, another Physic (so there's no excuse to not spam them anymore), Silver Bow for Eirin since she's been running out of the one she joined with, Elfire that's kinda useless since there are no good mages and a Silver Sword which doesn't have a user because I stopped using either Mokou or Youmu.

Eirin with her movement of 5 is actually immensely useful in this chapter, as she is needed to get rid of that Silver Bow Sniper on turn 2. She takes a hit and counters on the first turn's enemy phase, then finishes the Sniper fairy off on turn 2. Nobody else can do the same - not even the Javelin Cavalry who received quite a lot of levels. This is why Eirin is worth training in spite of being locked in a pretty shitty class. She does get better when she becomes a Sniper (promoting her in the next chapter is a pretty good idea), but she'll never really catch up to our numerous Paladins and Dracoknights.

Four new characters join the party on this map: Pegasus Knight Remilia, Archer Sakuya, Knight Meiling and Bishop Koakuma. Remilia has decent base stats and joins at lv. 9, meaning her Dracoknight promotion is not too far away. Her growths are okay, kinda like Aya's but with far less speed. She doesn't double as much as the other Pegs available but she's okay. Sakuya has poor base stats but good growths, especially in speed. I could actually get her Prf weapon (which is unimpressive) a couple of maps back, by visiting a village, but that wastes turns for Chen and Sakuya is still inferior to Eirin in every imaginable way so I didn't bother. Meiling is yet another Knight, with bases lower than Komachi's, but better growths, including a really high one in speed, which is strange for a Knight. Koakuma is in all ways inferior to Keine, in both staff rank and stats. She can't use Physic or Warp at base, so I'd argue she's just not worth using.

All the four characters are controllable units from turn 1; however, they're locked inside with no weapon, and there's no door to let them out. Even then, they're too far, so even if there were a door, it wouldn't be efficient to travel all the way there. They're attacked by an enemy Mage beginning with turn 2 - Remilia and Koakuma have the resistance stat to survive her attacks before we clear the map, preferably Koakuma.

Oh yeah, and I should point out Reisen proc'd Defence both times in this map AGAIN. Defence procs are especially desirable for this character.

MVP: Aya.
