This is a demonstration of Unreal II: The Awakening with OpenAL Soft's HRTF. This game was so infamously bad, the developers actually had to patch in cheat codes that let the player move faster and dodge. Since this game was meant to be released before Unreal Tournament 2003, the graphics and audio quality aren't quite as good. In fact, the audio can be quite glitchy at times whether using OpenAL Soft or the built-in .dll with an EAX soundcard. The assault rifle alt-fire plays about half a second after firing no matter the "Period Count", some enemy sounds don't play or get cut off no matter what the channel limit is set to, and in cutscenes certain sounds or voices will go out-of-phase (like the explosions at the end).
