This is the longest stretch of teleporting I'll have to do the entire run, I believe. At this point I basically have to go from the very end of the game to the very beginning of the game, and then back again. First, I put the Ahlspies on my Shiny Hammer. This isn't a perfect match since Ahlspies is better for Edged weapons, but it's adequate for now.

My primary objective at this point is to kill Tieger and Neesa so I can enter Limestone Quarry. But I can't reach them without the sigil in the Balin's Revenge chest.

0:41 I stop by and kill the Water Elemental first. There are a few reasons for this. First, I want to fill the PP up on my Sledgehammer before the lich guarding the chest. Second, I like to get stat wheels out of the way early when possible. Finally, by killing the Water Elemental now I clear the path to the Grimoire which teaches Blessing. This means if I get Cursed in the Tieger/Neesa fight (which is likely, Tieger loves Accursed Umbra), I can get to Blessing without having to fight any other bosses. This mean I don't have to consider Tieger cursing me a Game Over condition.

5:55 Then I move on to the next Lich. This guy is a special piece of Vagrant Story design that I think is worth touching on. I had basically just made my ultimate lich-killer with the Sledgehammer and two Demonia, which let me two-shot them. The lich here, however, has the Rusted Nails accessory on, which gives him a +30 Phys defense boost, completely nullifying my strategy.

I could go back to using the Shiny Hammer on him, but using the Fire strategy I come up with here gives me a higher hit % courtesy of Braveheart. It's still a three-shot, but at least he's early in the segment so it only took me a couple of attempts.

NOTE: If you're struggling with this particular lich and want to take the easy way out, enter the room with less than 200 HP. He only spawns if Ashley has more than that.

9:52 At this point I could return to Undercity East, but instead I stop by the Minotaur Zombie. I'm not really interested in the chest here, although that Titan Malachite might come in handy. What I really want is his Rune Earrings, which are +10 for all elements. This accessory offers my best option for Light and Dark defense, which will help against things like Radial Surge, which I haven't previously been able to reduce. It also makes a nice offensive option for lesser elementals going forward because of its +10 Phantom. I might try to see if I can use them as my only accessory for the Cathedral daevas.
