Vagrant Story - Spears Only Minimalist Run - Part 28: In Which Ashley Gets the Silver Key

A pretty easy segment overall. I fight two "bosses" here, although neither of them are true bosses with stat wheels. They're both pretty pitiful. The Last Crusader can make a nuisance of himself with my max MP this low, but that's why I don't debuff him (except to counter his buffs) or use Prostasia. Accuracy is finally starting to be enough of a problem that I go ahead and discard my leather armor, just for the few points of agility it was costing me.
4:00 Upon killing the Last Crusader he drops Agrias's Balm. This accessory is +15 Piercing and +15 Light, so it will pair very nicely with my ultimate Shiny Nail for the Lich Lord in the Cathedral.
4:20 The box puzzle here is arguably the worst in the game, just because (to my knowledge) there's no way to solve it with a Faerie Wing.
6:01 The Minotaur Lord is a joke with the Pushpaka. None of his attacks can do any kind of significant damage.
After this I take a long route to do all of the Silver Key areas. This takes me through a couple more Gremlins. I'm using a much better tactic for them now, putting a Braveheart on my Sledgehammer and relying on Frost Fusion for my element.
14:05 I head to pick up the Damascus Voulge, which will become my new Slashy Spear. I don't set it up in this video, though, that will be the first thing I do in the next. I spend a moment admiring the White Cargo, because it has such a hilariously poor hilt selection. Even in a unique weapons only run, the White Cargo is never useful.
20:04 Once again a Lich is actually the most dangerous thing I encounter. Not only is he another Lich wearing Rusted Nails, disabling my best offense, but he casts Thunderburst Level 2, which one-shot me no matter what I tried. I play dirty with him, but really I have no good reason to be over here at all other than map completion. You just see a couple of extra rooms and then you're locked out by the Rood Inverse.
Be warned: after I kill the Lich the rest of the video is just teleporting and MP recovery to get back to Junction Point.
