AMD Gains Market Share Thanks to Ryzen 2000 | Vega 20 & Vega 12 Leak & More
316A new report from Mindfactory.de has shown that since the release of Ryzen 2700X and the rest of the Ryzen 2000 series, including the APUS, the market share with this particular retailer has increased significantly. We see how the new gen of CPUs fare against Intel and speculate on the future.
We also have yet another leak for the Vega 20 / Vega 7nm GPU, and something mysterious by the name of Vega 12. This leak pretty much confirms prior comments and reports on the GPU, but Vega 12 raises a lot of questions about AMD's roadmap plans.
Finally, ASUS are rolling out protections for Broadwell and Haswell processors via BIOS to secure them against the notorious security vulnerabilities Spectre and Meltdown which have unfortunately have yet to disappear entirely from our lives.
